Congratulations Curiosity!

by Adrian.

Last night was an exiting time for space exploration. An extremely complex mission was accomplished by NASA, successfully landing the NASA Rover Curiosity on Mars. For those of you who are not familiar with this mission, I suggest you check out NASA’s video 7 Minutes of Terror where you can learn the details of the landing.

And you can also visit their site for the first photographs taken by this mobile Mars Science Laboratory.

We are impressed by the engineering behind this, we stand in awe of the human mind and it’s capabilities. Any volunteer to replicate this mission in KSP? It’d be great to actually see the landing.
