We’ll see you on the dark side of the Mun, Neil

As you all know by now, Neil Armstrong, first man to walk on the moon, passed away on August 25th, 2012. Everyone on the team had a great deal of respect for him, even to the point of idolizing him in my case. He was absolutely my hero, above all others. It was felt that we should commemorate him, somehow, in KSP.

Placed at the approximate lat/long coordinates of Tranquility Base on the Mun, is a humble memorial, for a humble man who always felt he was just doing his job.

Also, we created this Kerbal homage to a space hero: Neil “Armstrong” Kerman.  Thanks for being our inspiration.
